TRAINING PROCEDURE

Learning becomes Fun when done correctly. High visible absorbance training is achieved with our modus operandi In our training mutual learning occurs as a result of meaningful exchange and the training focuses on increasing technical and practical knowledge.

Various methods used during our highly effective Training Program includes:

  • Group Discussions
  • Small group assignment
  • Role Play
  • Simulation
  • Hands on Activities
  • Case Study
  • Behavior Modeling
  • Games
  • Demonstrations

Along with these training tools we have divided our training program into three phases :

PHASE ONE – PRE TRAINING

The first phrase or the pre training lays the foundation of an effective training session. It involves

  • Creating a right context which will help the participants to achieve all intended objectives.
  • All the participants will be oriented about intentions, objective and methodology of the training by e mail.
  • Phonic orientation will be conducted, if required.
  • A brief Training Need Analysis Questionnaire will be forwarded to each participant for knowing their expectations from the training programme.

PHASE TWO – TRAINING PROGRAMME

The training programme design is scheduled for Residential and Non Residential Training that encourages the high standards of performance in all aspects of learning and development.

The training will be based on need analysis and appropriate curriculum containing all essentials. During the session the training material will be provided to the participant for reference.

PHASE THREE – POST WORKSHOP

Once the training is complete, the feedback is taken on different parameters like

  • Communication Skills
  • Preparedness of the subject
  • Presentation Skill
  • Knowledge about the Subject, Problem Solving Skills, Punctuality, Behavior etc.
  • Additional aspect that could be included in subsequent training session.

This feedback is given on the scale of 0-5 for each day of training. Two different feedback forms given at the the end of the each training programme. These Feedbacks helps improve the efficacy and quality of  knowledge transfer.
